Our Story
Originally a Sinclair horse trailer, Pigs In... is now a fully transformed mobile kitchen serving up irresistible pork dishes on the go. You’ll spot our van at bustling pub nights, lively parties, and seasonal markets, dishing out food that’s full of flavour.
Founded in summer 2023 by Molly-Anne Gimson, Pigs In... is driven by a passion for great cooking and a commitment to supporting British farmers. Our menu is all based around pork hand raised by Molly on her family’s pig farm. We are proud to support British Farmers and use local high quality food in our products. Every dish is carefully put together to show just how delicious pork can be — from juicy homemade pork burgers to tender pulled pork and loaded fries worth chasing the van for.
